Paw Points Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Paw Points Rewards Program ("the Program") is open to individuals who are residents of Canada.

2. Enrolment: To enrol in the Program, individuals must provide a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and complete the registration process on the official Paw Points website or through other designated channels. There is no fee to join the Program.

3. Earning Points: a. Members of the Program will earn 1 Paw Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding purchases of dog and cat food. Paw Points will be credited to the member's account within a reasonable time after the qualifying purchase.  Eligible purchases must be made in store at Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies or through our online store.

4. Redemption of Rewards: Members can redeem their Paw Points for rewards offered by the Program, as outlined on the official Paw Points website or through other designated channels.  The conversion rate for Paw Points to rewards is 300 points for $10 towards a purchase at Wiggles and Whiskers Pet Supplies.  Redemption options and reward availability may be subject to change and will be communicated through official Program channels.

5. Points Expiration: Paw Points have a validity period of 6 months from the date of accrual. Any points not redeemed within the 6-month validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the member's account.

6. Email Communication: By enrolling in the Program, members agree to receive periodic emails regarding Program updates, promotions, and relevant offers. Members can unsubscribe from Program emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.

7. Program Changes: Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes to the Program, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members through official Program channels.

8. Member Obligations: Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during enrolment and maintaining the security of their account credentials.  Members must comply with all Program rules and policies outlined in these terms and conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Usage: a. The collection, storage, and use of member data will be governed by the Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies privacy policy, which can be found on the Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies website or by contacting Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies directly.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to the Program will be subject to resolution on an individual basis, through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as determined by Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies in its sole discretion.

11. Limitations and Liability: Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or participation in the Program, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By enrolling in the Paw Points Rewards Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Wiggles & Whiskers Pet Supplies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to regularly review the current terms and conditions available on the official Paw Points website or through other designated channels.
